Crafted in Italy, the Trivelas skirt undergoes a four-step process to achieve its vibrant, pleated finish. First, Ralph Lauren’s team of in-house artisans custom-creates its signature floral motif, which unites an ombré design with a hand-painted watercolor composition. Next, the skirt is cut from an organza tulle, and then printed in a storied factory known for its innovative printing techniques. Finally, a fabric-manipulation machine meticulously folds the fabric to create a sunburst-pleat effect.
